Anyone looking for permanent living space usually ends up with a residential container or a container home. These models start at around 18 m², are insulated with a 100 mm PIR or EPS core and come with a bathroom, kitchenette and air conditioning with heating and cooling – which makes them just as usable in winter as in summer. Whether you call the result a container home, a modular house or a tiny house is a matter of taste – the main difference from a classic tiny house is the construction: instead of a timber frame on wheels there is a welded steel frame that can be moved by crane at any time.
Office containers and garden offices are made for work and business. As a mobile unit on a construction site, as a reception, practice, sales room or as a home office in your own garden: they arrive complete with electrical installation, lighting and double or triple glazing and are in place within a few hours. Where floor space matters more than fittings – materials, tools, seasonal stock – the simpler storage container version is usually enough.
Hospitality and retail mostly choose a model with a sliding service window or large aluminium glazing: a snack bar, kiosk, pop-up store or farm shop can open within a day and later be moved to another location.
Sizes range from 3 × 2 m to 10 × 3.2 m, that is from 6 to 32 m². Two modules can be combined into a larger container complex. Every model here is a starting point: window and door positions, partition walls, bathroom, kitchen, façade colour and flooring are defined together with you – and you receive a binding price and delivery date in advance.
