Which containers does Novea offer?
We offer residential containers, office containers, gastro and sales containers as well as individual modules over 30 m² – each individually plannable and manufactured to a high standard.
Can I buy or rent a container?
Both. Novea offers flexible solutions for purchase or rental, suited to your project and budget.
Do you also deliver to Austria and Switzerland?
Yes. We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland – on request including transport and unloading service with a loading crane.
Are the containers usable all year round?
Yes. Thanks to a sturdy steel construction, high-quality insulation and modern building services (electrics, sanitary, heating/air conditioning on request), our containers can be used all year round.
Where are the containers manufactured?
Production takes place together with our long-standing partner Dampol in Poland – with precise manufacturing and high-quality materials.
What is a container home?
A container home is a building made from one or more steel-framed room modules. The modules are manufactured, insulated and fully fitted in the factory – including electrics, plumbing, windows and interior – and then delivered ready to use. The result is a complete space that can be used all year round and extended or relocated later. Our range runs from compact 6 m² modules to 32 m² living modules.
What does a container home cost?
The models in our catalogue range from about €10,200 to €64,000 incl. VAT, depending on size, insulation and interior specification. Transport and unloading are quoted separately for your delivery address. All 64 models with dimensions, specification, photos and prices are listed under “Models”.
Does a container home need planning permission?
That depends on the federal state, the size and the intended use – the relevant state building code applies. If the module is placed permanently and used as living or working space, permission is usually required; smaller ancillary buildings are exempt in some states. Please clarify this with your local authority before ordering – we provide the technical documents for your chosen model.
Can a container home be extended or relocated later?
Yes. Because each module is a self-contained unit, several can be combined side by side and – subject to structural design – on top of each other. If you move, the module is relocated by low-loader and crane. It is best to mention a planned extension early so that connections and the façade are prepared for it.
